Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- 8 cups water
- 3 beef bones
- 1 cup split peas
- 1/4 cup lima beans
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 celery sticks, chopped
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1 sweet potato, diced
- 10 string beans, chopped
- 1 parsnip, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
Cooking Instructions
- Boil water, bones, peas, lima beans, onion and tomato soup for an hour.
- Add celery, carrots, sweet potato, string beans and parsnip.
- Simmer and serve.
