Spaghetti Bolognese
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 celery, chopped
- 1/2 kilo ground beef
- 2 cups beef stock
- 1 1/2 cups red wine
- 2 cans crushed tomato
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 kilo spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons parmessan cheese
- salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions
- Heat oil in pan.
- Add garlic, onion, carrot, and celery
- Increase heat and add the ground beef.
- Add beef stock, wine, tomatoes, sugar and parsley.
- Bring to a boil and simmer.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Add the paste to boiling water and cook until tender.
- Drain pasta and arrange on a plate.
- Put sauce over pasta.
- Top with parmesan cheese.
