Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook the sampaloc in water until tender.
  2. Mash the sampaloc and strain to get the juice.
  3. In a pot boil beef in water.
  4. Add tomatoes, onions and sampalok juice.
  5. Add gabi until tender and then add sitaw and kangkong.
  6. Boil and season to taste and add kangkong leaves.
