Pichi-Pichi
Ingredients
- 2 cups grated cassava
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups pandan water
- 2 cups grated coconut
Cooking Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the coconut.
- Pour into round pans.
- Steam for 45 minutes until it sets.
- Cool.
- Cut into bite sized shapes.
- Roll in grated coconut and serve.
