Pancit Canton
Ingredients
- 1/4 kilo shrimps, peeled
- 1 eggwhite
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 chicken breast, debone and sliced into strips
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 onion, chopped
- to taste : patis (fish sauce)
- to taste : salt
- to taste : soy sauce
- to taste : pepper
- 2 pieces chicken liver, cooked and sliced
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cauliflower, sliced
- 1/2 cup sitsaro
- 1/3 cup kutsay
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 package canton noodles
Cooking Instructions
- Combine water and cornstarch.
- Combine cornstarch/water combination with eggwhite and shimps. Mix
- Coat chicken strips with remaining cornstarch.
- Saute garlic and onions in a saucepan.
- Add shrimps and chicken to the saute. Season to taste.
- Add liver.
- Pour in broth. Bring to a boil.
- Add in all vegetables.
- Thicken with cornstarch/water.
- Add canton noodles.
