Cooking Instructions

  1. Insert pork strips into the center of the beef.
  2. Place beef, bayleaf, tomato sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper and water in a deep pan.
  3. Cover and simmer until tender.
  4. Add potatoes, onions, and pimiento.
  5. Cook until tender.
  6. When most of the broth has evaporated add oil.
  7. Stir and serve.
