Cooking Instructions

  1. Create tenkatsu by cutting a piece of green onion into very small pieces, dip in tempura batter and crips fry
  2. Boil water in a pan (2 cups per person).
  3. Add the noodle sauce to the water (consult sauce instructions)
  4. Boil some water in another pan.
  5. Put Udon into sieve and rinse it with hot water.
  6. Add the udon to the water with the sauce
  7. Top with tenkatsu, naruto, green onion, and atsuage.
