Kitsune Udon
Ingredients
- Udon
- Noodle sauce (Ninben Tsuyu no moto)
- Naruto (Fish sausage with a pink pattern when cut)
- Atsuage: baked tofu
- green onion
Cooking Instructions
- Create tenkatsu by cutting a piece of green onion into very small pieces, dip in tempura batter and crips fry
- Boil water in a pan (2 cups per person).
- Add the noodle sauce to the water (consult sauce instructions)
- Boil some water in another pan.
- Put Udon into sieve and rinse it with hot water.
- Add the udon to the water with the sauce
- Top with tenkatsu, naruto, green onion, and atsuage.
