Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook Japanese rice.
  2. Saute onion in a pan with dashi, soy sauce, sugar, mirin and sake.
  3. Simmer in low heat for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the beef and simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Place the rice in a bowl and top with the beef and onion mix. Pour just enough sauce over the rice topping. Serve.
