Cooking Instructions

  1. Blanch snow peas in boiling water for 10 seconds.
  2. Shred carrot.
  3. Heat oil in wok or skillet over high heat until hot (approx. 350°F).
  4. Stir fry scallops until desired doneness.
  5. Add vegetables and Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce & Marinade.
  6. Stir fry for 30 seconds.
