Garlic Scallops
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb scallops
- 1/2 cup snow peas
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 3 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce & Marinade
- 1 1/2 tbsp oil
Cooking Instructions
- Blanch snow peas in boiling water for 10 seconds.
- Shred carrot.
- Heat oil in wok or skillet over high heat until hot (approx. 350°F).
- Stir fry scallops until desired doneness.
- Add vegetables and Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce & Marinade.
- Stir fry for 30 seconds.
