Dinengdeng
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons bagoong isda (fish sauce)
- 2 cups water
- 1 bangus, cut and broiled
- 1 bundle sitaw, cut
- 1/4 kalabasa (pumpkin), cubed
- 5 pieces okra, trim off the top
- 2 pieces ampalaya (bitter gourd), halved and seeded
Cooking Instructions
- Combine bagoong and water and bring to a boil.
- Add the fish and vegetables.
- Cook covered then serve.
