Denver Omelet
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup onion - chopped
- 1 cup bell peppers - chopped
- 1/4 cup cooked ham - diced
- 1 Tablepoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- hot sauce to taste
Cooking Instructions
- Melt butter in a pan.
- Saute onion, bell pepper, and ham in the butter until the onion softens.
- Mix eggs, salt and pepper. Add hot sauce to taste.
- Pour the egg mix into the pan with the other ingredients.
- Cook until egg is lightly brown on both sides.
