Crispy Kangkong
Ingredients
- 1 bundle kangkong or spinach
- 1 egg
- 1 cup ice cold water
- 1 1/2 cup constarch
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- cooking oil
Cooking Instructions
- Remove leaves from stems.
- Wash and dry the leaves.
- Mix the egg, water, constarch, flour, salt and pepper.
- Dip the leaves into the egg mix.
- Immerse in boiling oil.
- Fry until crisp and golden brown.
