Corned Beef Hash

Cooking Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 15 minutes then dice.
  2. Heat the corn beef in a pan with butter and oil.
  3. Add the potatoes to the pan.
  4. Add the salsa, garlic and green onions.
  5. Mix, pressing down to flatten and sear beef a bit for that crunch.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. Continue to mix and flatten to the desired balance of moist and crunch.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onion tops if desired. Serve hot.
