Choco Mango Pie
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cups butter, melted
- 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 cups non dairy cream, whipped 2 mangoes, sliced thinly
- Mango Jam, melted
- 12 chocolate candy bars
- 1/2 cups chopped chocolate candy bar 2 mangoes, sliced thinly
- Mango Jam, melted
- 12 chocolate candy bars
Cooking Instructions
- Mix together the crumbs, butter and sugar.
- Press into the bottom and sides of rectangular tart pan.
- Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
- Fold together the non dairy whipped cream with chopped chocolate candy bar.
- Spread mixture onto the crust.
- Top with the mangoes.
- Glaze with Mango Jam.
- Pipe whipped cream on the sides of the tart pan then put chocolate candy bars on top.
