Chimichangas
Ingredients
- 8 (6 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 2 ounces Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup salsa
Cooking Instructions
- Combine chicken, cheese, and salsa to make chimichanga mix.
- Warm tortillas in a gas range or oven.
- Dampen 1 side of tortilla with water and place moist side down.
- Spoon chimichanga mix on tortilla.
- Fold tortillas over the mix on all sides and place seam side down in a baking dish.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Serve.
