Chili Con Carne
Ingredients
- 3 pounds ground beef
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons red pepper
- 1 pint cooking oil
- 3 cans kidney beans
- 3 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 quarts water
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions (total time : 30 minutes)
- Heat the cooking oil in a pot cook the ground beef, garlic powder, and red pepper.
- Press down on the beef to extract the juice.
- Mix until the beef has browned.
- Add the beans, tomatoes and oregano.
- Mix and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Simmer then serve.
