Cheese Fondue
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 350 grams Comte or Gruyere cheese,
- 2 tablespoons sour cream,
- 40 grams butter
- a glass of water
- croutons
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
- Beat eggs with whisk. Pour in water and whisk again.
- Add salt and black pepper.
- Chop up the cheese.
- Melt the butter and then add the cheese a little at a time.
- Add the whisked eggs, add the sour cream. Stir until thick.
- Serve with croutons.
