Cooking Instructions

  1. Mix garlic, soy sauce, sugar, pepper, sesame oil and rice wine.
  2. Marinate beef in mixture for half an hour.
  3. Melt butter in frying pan.
  4. Cook beef until it changes color. Do not overcook, beef should be soft.
  5. Add water for sauce if desired.
  6. Top with spring onions ans sesame seeds before serving.
