Cooking Instructions

  1. Boil bias in water.
  2. Remove bias and change the water.
  3. Boil bias again until broth is flavored and reduced to half the amount.
  4. Add in the onions, leeks and banana blossoms. Season to taste with salt and pepper then add the tokwa.
  5. Serve piping hot.
