Cooking Instructions

  1. Steam chuka noodles to loosen. Set aside.
  2. Stir fry pork in oil until light brown.
  3. Add carrots, onion and bell pepper.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Add cabbage.
  6. Add noodles.
  7. Pour water on noodles and cover the pan.
  8. Simmer for 3 minutes.
  9. Add yakisoba or Worcestershire sauce.
  10. Stir noodles then serve
