Cooking Instructions for Pizza Crust

  1. Combine yeast, salt, sugar and water.
  2. Cover mixture with a plastic wrap and let stand for 10 minutes
  3. Sift flour into a bowl.
  4. Make a depression in the center of the flour and pour in the mix.
  5. Prepare a flat surface by sprinkling it with flour.
  6. Put the mix into the surface and knead into dough.
  7. Knead until mix is elastic
  8. Roll the dough out into a pizza crust shape.
  9. Brush a tray with oil and put the dough on top.
  10. Tuck in the edges to form a rim.

Cooking Instructions for Pizza Sauce

  1. Heat oil in deep pan.
  2. Add onion and cook until soft.
  3. Add garlic and cook until light brown.
  4. Stir in tomato, herbs and sugar. Simmer and stir until thick
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degees Fahrenheit or 210 degrees Centigrade.
  2. Spread pizza sauce over pizza crust.
  3. Spread capsicum and mushroom over the sauce.
  4. Then spread pineapple and corn.
  5. Spread cheese on top of everything.
  6. Sprinkle the herbs on top of the cheese.
  7. Bake the pizza for 25 minutes.
