Roasted Goat Cheese
- 6 ounces Bonde de Gatine or Feta cheese
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 3 teaspoons thyme, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Divide the cheese into 12 slices and arrange in a baking sheet.
- Broil the cheese till it turns golden.
- Serve each cheese by garnishing with one and a half teaspoons of honey, a quarter teaspoon of fresh thyme and a dash of black pepper.
