  1. Slice bananas lengthwise into thin strips to form a fan.
  2. Create the batter: sift 1 cup of the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
  3. Blend in the eggs milk and butter.
  4. Coat the banana slices with the batter.
  5. Dust the bananas with flour.
  6. Fry the bananas in hot oil until golden.
  7. Dust cooked bananas with sugar then serve.
