- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water, boiled
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- Mix boiling water and flour into a dough.
- Knead the dough until smooth. Let it rest and allow to rise.
- In a floured surface divide the dough into 12 equal pieces.
- Flatten with a rolling pin to a quarter of an inch thickness.
- Brush sesame oil on the sides of each dough.
- Roll out each dough into a thin pancake.
- Heat each pancake in a pan until both sides are browned.
