- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- pepper to taste
- Immerse the eggs in water.
- Bring water to a boil then turn off the heat. Let stand for ten minutes
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half
- Transfer the egg yolks to a separeat bowl
- Mix the yolsk with mayonnaise and mustard adding pepper to taste.
- Spoon the mixture back to the whites.
- Add different topping if you want then serve.
